I've played them in Ireland, where they are located in Amusement Parlors. Each parlor can have as few as a few dozen amusements, to as much as several hundred. They are located throughout the country, though mostly in seaside/beach resort towns (etc., Tramore, Bundoran, Bray, Kinsale (not a beach resort, but a yacht resort town)). They are co-located, in the same building, with video games that kids play--they are virtually right next to each other. The way the machines work is somewhat similar to the way they work in Harrah's Cherokee, North Carolina. You put a coin in and you get multiple spins for that single coin. They do have different types of machines there--but you can also find some that are the same as here.
