Lousiana used the outdated Federal Wire Act from the '60's to arrest him with. The law hasn't changed there - they just found an old one to suit their purpose. It's another ambiguos law that is being perverted for the publicity. They'll never prosecute cause they know they can't win - they just wanted another big arrest for the media to focus on.
