The multi-line slots you play should probably have some sort of bonus round. I tend to play that machine until I hit the bonus, sometimes, this can cost a lot of money. So my new strategy (not necessarily a winning strategy) is:
Play all lines, if not, cash out or add more money.
Start with a bankroll of 40 x 1 bet.(1c, 25line, 1coin/line, I would start with $10)
Cash out if I double the initial bankroll and insert another $10. If I double, cash out and repeat. If I lose that second $10, I would stop and play another machine.
Try this...you might be surprised how many cashout tickets you end up with!
