Personally, I like playing at a slow casino, just because there is less of a chance that someone will be packed in next to me and blowing smoke in my face all night.
As far as advantages to playing in a packed casino, I really don't know if there are any. I assume that the slot's random number generator is going to keep things balanced out. Of course, the more people that play, the better chance there is of the machine eventually paying off somebody.
