OMG, that was one of the sites. I had $25 there and one day they just weren't there anymore. So she's been hosed right along with us, and now BOS is opening up again and there's nothing to be done unless she wants to go to the host country and fight it there?

Or will BOS come back and make good with all of us. I guess it makes a difference to me cause if the money was in Sharkey's and they got shut down and couldn't get it? So where did it go. As I understand it BOS is only a transfer site - or does it stay in their system until you play it or withdraw it?

IF it was all in the BOS system and they slammed the doors and got it all, then they need to make sure now that they are opening operations again that they contact all those players and give us a chance to get our money back.

IF THEY DON'T - we ALL need to get out on the internet to every forum we know and email all out poker buddies and just SLAM them for theives. Because if they got it all and they won't give it back then that's all they are. They have your email and how dang hard would it have been to refund it all back through Neteller or whatever? The info is on file in their system and obviously those assets were not taken. So if they have the files they could have done it already. Other sites automatically refunded my money when I couldn't play there anymore - I didn't even have to ask. They just sent me mail that my balance would be transferred back to Neteller by such and such date.

If they chose not to, then I will NOT use any site that uses them and I will gladly tell the site operators WHY! They may or may not be immune from prosecution - but NO ONE is immune from the choice of a player to publish his or her horror story as warning to others. We are their CUSTOMERS. They want us back they need to make it right or we can tell the WHOLE WORLD!
