Yeah, I guess I get on a soapbox when it comes to this - but I just hate it that governments think us average Jo's (or Joe's as the case may be) are so stupid. And since most voting age adults are totally apathetic and the rest are firmly ensconced in "the party line" it's really not hard to see why they think they can do this. It's another sad statement on the status of our global society. And don't EVEN get me started on welfare and Social Security...lol I'm far too personally acquainted with the flaws of THOSE systems - we'd be here all month!
