If people bet more, winning more makes sense. It is easiest to relate things in terms of the line bet vs the amount won.

For example:

IGT's Price Check - 5-cent denomination, 9-lines, 45-cent total bet (1 line):
Won 10000 ($500) -- which is 10000x line bet.

WMS Seal Slide - 5-cent denomination, 9-lines, 45-cent total bet (1 line):
Won 10000 ($500) -- which is 10000x line bet.

Won both within the same hour one night.

My best nickel slot win was -5-cent denom, 9-lines, 2 lines (.90 cents)
Won 43000 nickels ($2150) - "Hot Dawgs" - Konami-- which is 20000x line bet

I've also won jackpots (Price Check 10000x -- 2 more times), Telephone Tag 15000x, Yukon Gold (10000x), Bally Blazing 7's Video (12000x).

Those are the ones I can remember right now.
