I don't know anyone who has been handed tax forms after winning and those are modest amounts. Am I to understand that the casinos then inform the IRS from hotel data or???? Unless someone takes the securituy number data how do they know?

Sounds like an incentive to get a fake ssl card to me. (as if there was not enough incentive already).
