How do you feel about them? That seems to be all I'm getting from Harrah's Nola recently and I don't like them.

Examples of recent ones.

Offer to get a "free diamond member jacket" I was supposed to go down there ( an hour away for me) and order my size in March and go pick it up in April. I didn't go.

Offer for a shopping spree. Arrive on Thursday for 75.00$ early bird shopping bucks. Visit Friday for another 100.00$ shopping bucks and preview the items I could buy with these shopping bucks. Shop on Saturday. They set up in Harrahs hotel. I'm sure the stuff you shop for is way overpriced and I'm such a frugal shopper I could do a lot with 175.00 at Walmart.

My latest offer.
100.00$ Visa card. Arrive on Friday to register for my card pick it up on Saturday.

I'm not doing any of these.

I do have one for a Hawaiin shirt that I can just go pick up.

They call these gifts...IMHO gifts should be gifts and not have any stipulations on them.

Any time something is "free", you still have to go in the door. That's all they want in return. "CatVegas, Come on Down"

Sugarhouse in Philly, you have to make 3 visits to get everything. On your first visit, you get up to $100 reimbursed in cash if you play for 30 minutes, and if you play 1 hour you get up to the $100 in cash AND in slot play. I was a bit skeptical, but sure enough I got a card in the mail for my $20 back, went to the cage and they gave me my $20 back. But to get the slot play(since I played an hour) you had to wait 24 hours for it to go on your card. So three trips total.

Hmmm, IM not sure I would be a fan of that either! Im driving up to get my wireless tablet, but as long as Im there at 4 oclock Im good to go. I may stay the night, but more than likely will just drive up and back so I do not spend too much! :-)

Have a good drive and enjoy your new tablet. If you decide to stay and play a little, GOOD LUCK. LOL

I wouldn't like that nor would I prob. even take them up on it unless I was staying a night or two, seeing I'm a good 2 1/2 hours from my local casino.
