WMS Time Machine

Were just seeing this game now in Alberta. They are replacing all of the Dirty Harrys. There programing it as 5c20L max 100. Its a pretty cool game.

I kinda see this as WOZ, Dirty Harry game combined into one. WOZ by the use of the random wild bonus spin, Dirty Harry by the use of the Picking Bonus and traveling Wild Free spin.

I have been watching (and playing) this game quite alot in the past few weeks and noticing that its a very expensive game to play.

Unlike the WOZ, the random wild feature does not trigger as often and you hardly see 4 wilds (where on the WOZ it seems to trigger alot more).

The Warp Bonus is even harded to get as it seems to come up every 50 or so dollars and if your lucky you might get the bonus.

When you get 3 warp bonuses symbols (reels 1, 3, 5) , you get a chance to advance to another time zone. You have a 2 out of 3 chance of advancing to the bonus feature. However if you are not playing maximum lines, you only have a 1 out of 3 chance of advancing to the bonus feature, otherwise you only get credits (1-5x LB)

In the Past: you pick arrows (Left, Centre, Right) to make your way through the bonus. You win credits for each pick, you might have a chance at picking jewels. Find 4 jewels to win 250xLB. Watchout for Dinosaurs and thier babies. They end the bonus.

In The Present: you will notice a credit spinner with multiplers. You get one spin (win upto 959 credits with a multiplier of 10x time line bet).

In The Future: you get 5 spins, 4 of your spins, all wild will be collected and stored. On the 5th spin, those wilds will be downloaded to its original position and held for one spin only.

Random Wild Feature:
Anytime during a spin, you machine might continuesally spin, 1 to 5 reels will turn wild and will be held until the spin is completed. Bonus can be triggered within the feature as long as that reel does not become wild.

This game is OK. I did win $1k on it because I got all the progressive symbols in a "W" pattern!

Yes and Deb for what you got and how much you were betting you got jipped. I mean that, that win should have paid out way more than a lousy thousand for getting all 5 progressive symbols ON a payline irregardless if its the line needed for the big payout.

edit: ok a thousand isnt lousy but you get the point

In my experience, the random wilds run about the same in Time Machine as they do on WOZ. I've gotten 3 or 4 a few times. As for the bonuses, I'm not all that impressed. I never get squat in the Present bonus (only once have I lined up a multiplier, and that was 3 x about 140 credits, so still not exciting), and the same goes for the Future bonus. I still like that one because I can at least hope to fill the screen with wilds...but it sure hasn't happened yet. The Past bonus is fun, except when the dinosaur attacks you right away, and I've gotten decent ($10-20) wins on it from a 30c bet.

I appreciate you saying that too. Remember when I brought that up, I got my butt chewed out by BigWinner. I was totally happy to get that 1k but once I thought about it, with a $3 bet I think the appropriate amount should have been $3k :)

Hi Deb:

Just to clarify the bet. This was a 1-cent machine. The premium symbol pays a fairly standard 10,000-to-1 bet. If you were playing 30-cents, you would have received 10,000 credits (which is $100). You were actually betting 10-cents per line, so you managed 100,000 credits (for $1000).

You actually won $1000 for a 10-cent line bet. Actually, quite amazing. Still, disappointing it did not result in the "big one".

Take care.

Yes $1000 is a great win, but 1c Jackpot Station pays $3000 for a 10 credit per 30 line Max bet with 5 JP symbols on an active payline, so WMS has cut back on the award.

Ie. when I got the 5 JP symbols on a payline on 1c JPS last summer it paid $1500 for just a 5-credit bet on 30 lines.
I'll take either formula these days. Heck, just a bonus round would be nice.

Played this one a few times, and it's the worst slot since Austin Powers. Bonuses rare, rules confusing. This one should go back into the Time Machine to the day it was thought up, and all the spec sheets should be set ablaze.

I also don't seem to win much on it but I do find that the past bonus can be fun. It is mostly entertainment. I lost a lot of money on it though because you are hoping for a fun bonus... :) I hate the present one, it never seems to pay out
