Hi Folks:

Atronic is getting their butts whipped on the casino floor. They will be lucky to stay in business if they do not pull a rabbit out of the hat (Presto Chango reference).

I really enjoy "Imperial Rome". The spins you can win in the BONUS ROUND can really pay! I have played this as a nickel game, and a 1-cent game. I have very good luck with it.

The other game I like is "Deep Diamonds". The free spinds can last for a while. You re-trigger spins quicte frequenty. You get the multiplier going. It's not making me rich .. but it is a fun way to pass some time.

I haven't tried either one of those games. A while ago when Xanadu came out I LOVED that game. It bonused and it paid well. Now it seems that game doesn't do a thing. There is something about Atronic games that just do not "call" to me at all. Having said that, I know they have created some new stuff with new cabinets and all but I haven't seen those anywhere at all. For instance Stargate.. It looks cool but I have never seen it anywhere before. All of the Atronic games I do still see around have been around for a while and well to be honest, they just seem lame. Cash Fever, Game of Life, Sphinx etc.. I agree Shamus, I do think they seem to be getting their butts whipped! I wonder, is there a different geographical area where these games are the bomb and where Atronic makes most of their money?

I don't play too many Atronic games, but the ones I do play I really love. Deal or No Deal has been a favorite of mine, and I recently started playing Stargate SG-1 (which I've only seen at Lake of the Torches) and really like it. It's a fun base game (80 lines for 60c, with stacked symbols and wilds), with several different bonuses that are pretty inventive.

Imperial Rome is a great game, the bonus inside the bonus can pay HUGE, I think you can get 1-4 rows completely wild.

Well, I think not many people like Atronic games, it is not common in Singapore too. However, I quite like King Kong Cash simply becasue it let me won 3 times KONG Level progressive prizes that total over $70k.
The Atronic games that available in Singapore are King Kong Cash and Fishing for Jackpots.
I am anxious to play StarGate but I don't understand what takes them so long to setup the machines?! It has been more than a month since the opening of SANDS. Can't wait..~~~

I like to bet this game small ... and you can get some very nice wins. You just have to be patient with that one.

Has anyone seen this one, SG1? I have not seen it in Az or last weekend in Laughlin. I love the show and would love to try it.

I looked on their site and realized I've played several Atronic Games. Of course, DOND, which I played several years ago (and haven't since, cuz it seems like it isn't worth the investment), and several others I've played more recently; Wild Fangs (Oregon), Crimson Fire (Oregon & Tucson, AZ), and Diamond Mine (Silverton in LV).

If I remember these correctly, they have like 21 lines, right? If so, I also played one with a cat & yarnball theme in Tucson (which I loved and did well on, but they'd taken it out the last time I was there, a 2 cent machine), and another one (don't remember the theme) in Primm, NV.

I like the adjustable cabinets they have a lot, and the 21-line setup, which allows me to play a looooong time on a tight budget.

I did well on Princess of the Amazon, think that's what it was called. Max lines x1, hit the bonus, one re-trigger, and it ended up with a $70 win.

Someone likes an Atronic game???? I knew there had to be somebody :D

Back about 12 or 13 years ago they made pretty decent intro into the market with "Sphinx". That was their best game back then, and it stayed popular for a long time. One of the first games with a second (and third) screen bonus game if I recall correctly.

They've had a few hits over the years, but many died very, very, quickly. Deal or No Deal was good for them.

They've always struggled in the US. Supposedly have a much larger following in Europe, especially Russia, at least as of 5 or 6 years ago. Not sure if that's still the case.

I like the Atronic game Treasure Hunters that was cool how the wilds work. I am looking forward to playing that game when I see it! I believe blueheart posted the vid the other day and a few still pics.

Is this the same "Sphinx"?

I'll have to check the glass later today! Not on the play list, though.

BTW, slots listed in link are just a fraction of what's available. Way too many new flat-paying machines from IGT have been recently added, IMO.

One of my favorite time killer machines was The Wizard(?) a nine line machine. I haven't seen one of these in quite a while and last saw one in the Gold Spike in Las Vegas. There were 2 of them loacated in what was the coppermine area and since the place has been remodeled I did not notice them the last time there.

Oh wow, ya still got the original Sphinx. Loved that game, and played it by the hour. Then Sphinx 11 came out, and IMO was a total BLAH/DUD. Now don't see either of 'em.

We also play Princess of the Amazon, At Taj in A.C. They have 4 of them. We have done very well on them. The most we have ever won was 700.00.

There can be good opportunities when a manufacturer goes bust. Manufacturers make chips in different payback ranges, but eventually, the lowest then available will be higher than the highest down the road. SYGMA gaming went bust in 2005 I believe and at last check in May 2011, Turning Stone had plenty left. IMO the games are 10x better than all others in the place. Love them every time I go.

You should have not given up on that place and should have waited in line, lol.
