DW hits a quarter one last night.

We drove to the Isle of Capri casino in Bettendorf, Iowa yesterday afternoon. We arrived at 2:00 PM and started playing the penny slots, Wicked Winnings, John Wayne, Pompeii, 50 Lions, etc. We came with $300.00 a piece, but by 5:00 PM we were broke, couldn't hit anything.:( We were a little tipsy after six Crown and water each, didn't want to leave so wrote a check for $600.00 more. By 10:00 PM we were down to our last $100.00 and DW moves over to the quarter machines,(which we NEVER play) and puts in a twenty in some machine. She is playing the max,75 cents, and she hits the progressive, 12,207 Quarters, with only five credits left on the machine!! Now I can't tell you the name of this machine,(too many cocktails) but I did take a poor quality photo. 3-alarm fire.

I play(ed) this at Hollywood $1 x 2 is max bet. I've won $900 on it several different times and $700-something once.

I no longer play it though and here's why: They have 2 of these machines. The one had the prog at $12K+, the other at $4K. I had been playing the bigger one off & on for weeks just "knowing" it was gonna hit. One night, I am there, fed it over $100 and didn't get a thing back. Got up, went to get a fresh drink, use the ladies room, and returned to find a small crowd around MY machine. Yup, you guessed it, the $12K went.

Waaaaaaaah! sniff, sniff

I know, I know... I only would have hit it if i would have pushed the button at the same fraction of a nano-second... LOL

I think it's Triple Cash. Hard to tell with the pic so blurry, but alomost 100% sure.
