Our daughter was over for Fathers Day and accidentally hit the payout key and there weren't enough coins to payout the credit. What is or are the reset procedures. 3200 is flashing in the Winner Paid window.

I'm assuming you have an IGT S+ upright slot machine...
Here's a link for IGT error codes and how to fix them.
A 3200 code will often be cleared by simply opening and closing the door. If that doesn't work, try the following:
First open the game, (turning off the power is always a good idea) making sure you don't have any coins jammed in the hopper. A good way to verify this is to make sure the pin wheel (this is the wheel that the coins lean against) can move freely. To move the pin wheel you'll need to push the brake lever and (probably) use a screwdriver to push/pull the pin wheel counter clockwise.
The hopper brake lever is located under the hopper motor and looks like this:
The quick procedure is to use your left hand to reach in over the hopper motor and feel the hopper brake lever underneath. Push it upwards and hold it there while you turn the pin wheel counter clockwise. It may sound complicated but once you've done it once or twice it's a 10 second procedure.
You should be able to perform this operation with the hopper still inside the game, however the you won't be able to see the hopper brake lever unless you remove the hopper from the game. To remove the hopper, pull off the bottom access plate and use the handle in the front to pull the hopper straight back. It will plug right back in.

Other technical information is available here, though hopefully you won't need it. Registration is easy to post a question or response.
Or if you dream of having your own game room, check out some of the pics in these threads.
It kinda cracks me up how people think we are slot techies.
