Have been having major hassles with Spin Palace casino. I deposited money directly into their bank account which I was told would take between 3 and 7 working day to make it into my casino account. That was on the 19th Sept. Today is 8 buisness days and I'm still waiting. Last email contact I had with them stated that it would take between 7 and 10 days as I was told. I was NEVER told between 7-10 days and I have all the emails they have sent me to prove this. Now I can't get any sort of response from them except to be told that it's not their problem.

Glad to here it and thanks for posting the resolution. Spin Palace is a pretty good outfit so you shouldn't have any issues with them. You may however want to consider signing up with one of their approved ewallets such as EcoCard for faster deposits and withdrawals
