Default Penny Slots

So what do you think of all these new penny slots? It is such a mind blower how people feel that because they say penny slots they don't realize that most times they are betting a dollar or more at a time.

In Vegas I saw one guy that had hit those "scatters" and he was getting like 49 free rolls when I first started watching and then it would down and then it would go back up and when it finally finished he had accumulated like $650.00. I said WOW!!! how great for you and his answer was "Well it almost breaks me even from yesterday.

So there you have it folks the "penny" slots are really "dollar" slots in disguise. What are your feelings about this.

I have never played penny slots. I have played nickel slots, but I get bored fast because you keep shoving in coins and don't get anything back. I would rather play with at least dollar slots or I like video poker and the blackjack tables.

Yeah, I think the name gets a lot of people confused. I guess that it doesn't matter whether you're playing 10 pennies per line on 10 lines or betting a buck per spin on a reel spinner. Either way, you're risking a dollar per spin.

I like to bet one coin per line on the penny slots. If I hit a hot streak, then I can increase the size of my bet. If my luck goes south, I can always fall back to the one coin per line.

THAT is a great strategy for any machine whether it's pennies or dollars. The casino's LOVED it when everything went digital and you didn't have to pop in 45 coins per pull. If it's just credits people don't think about how much they are paying per spin.

Me personally, I like one aspect of the digital machines - they are a bit quieter and I get so overwhelmed in a room full of slots that any reduction in the overall decibel level is a good thing... hmmmm, make that 2 things - player tracking for comps. I'll gladly take a free dinner I might not have gotten before the machine could add points to my card...lol

i just hit on a penny slot at english harbour. woo-hoo . . .$50. but, i was playing one coin, oh dammit, 10 lines on the game? it was the reel deal machine they just released.

i think it's the video slots in general that are sneaky about taking my bankroll. the machines that constantly flash winner, but only pay back 1/4 of your wager.

you can sit there and have winner, winner, winner, ok, time to put more money in!
