Bally Proslot 6000 Diagnogistics

Hi there, i have a bally proslot 6000 with stand alone progressive. the game that is loaded is Blazzing 7's. My problem is i can not get into the diagnogitic menu. I push the test button which should put it in the correct mode. but nothing happens. Any suggestions. Just a note i did do hard ram clear and resetted the machine.
