I have a couple questions for you. I have a IGT slot machine and it has always worked, had it a few years just here at my house to keep family and friends entertained. It just stopped working and I keep getting 3300 error code. the machine has plenty of quarters, and when it used to do this before i was usually out of change, i would fill it back up and just let it drop all the winnings..

well, this time its different. it won 240 credits, and it stopped spitting out quarters at 90.. i emptied all the quarters in the whole hopper and putt them back in, and it just wont spit them out anymore. you hear the hopper spin when I close the door, then about 5 seconds later it just gives me the 3300 code again. i dont know why it stopped spitting out quarters. nothing seems to be broken, the hopper just spins with all the quarters but wont kick any down to the tray and count the winnings..

have you seen this problem before? what part do I need to buy in order to fix it? is there a way to completely reset my slot machine so it doesnt know it still owes 100+ quarters? that way I can just restart and put in quarters and chose the cash/credit button so it just tallys it up in the machine and never spits out the coins, thats fine with me too.

I would greatly appreciate your help on this. either telling me how to reset it, or what part I need to fix it.i love having these in my house for personal fun, that way i dont go to vegas and lose all my money

Check your hopper in the center there is a rubber star? that helps the coins up, maybe is missing one of the fingers. Also, check you hopper knife. If it is miss aligned the coins will fall off. To do this open the belly door and pull or push the cherry switch to full the game into thinking the door is closed, so you can see what is happening. Good luck.

You will need to replace your hopper knife.
