I've recently moved to the state of Oregon, which (for those who do not know) allow the operation of thousands of Video Lottery Terminals (slot machines by any other name) within it's borders. These machines are said to be part of the "state lottery". My question is, would VTL's fall under a Class II or Class III catagory? Does each machine act as a house (class III), or does a centralized system generate the results for every machine (class II, lottery or bingo). If anyone knows, I'd appreciate it. thanks.
