5 Times 2 Coin Slot

Hello all,

I'm new to these forums and have recently aquired an IGT Five time 2 Coin slot machine. It has a bill validator installed in it and for some reason, it only "likes" $20's. It has the capability to accept $5's, $10's, $20's, $50's and $100's. Is there a problem with the validator or is there a way to adjust it?

Any help would be appreciated.

If you look on top of the bill validator head there is a model number. Can you post the number?
