How do I reset my IGT 3 coin Blackjack slot?

Anyone,
My problem is that the machine says to call attendant for all payouts over 400 coins. I keep getting a 3300 error even though there are coins in the hopper. How do I "pay off" then reset the machine to zero?
Any help would be appreciates.

Try the reset key. Looks like the game may be locked into a handpay. Good luck

The reset key should be on the side of the machine. You said that the machine shows 3300 (out of coins), also that is showing a message for a hand payit should be one or the other.

Some times if you remove the coin tray, close the door and pull the hopper out then push back in the credits will clear. Good luck

So far no success in fixing the problem. Any other suggestions?

3300 is hopper empty not a hand payout if it was a hand payout your candle will flasf together check your hopper

Turn machine off and turn it on listen for a hum from the hopper or any noise from hopper if you here a noise your hopper is jamed look at top of hopper for jamed coin if you have coins in hopper and it dont regester coins going out to pay in so many seconds it will give you a 3300 code
