ok, how do I do that? Syncing the phone with ITunes. Please bear with me on this kind of stuff. I appreciate your help.

Hmm, very strange on the sound issue! Try syncing your phone with iTunes, sometimes that will fix issues like that.

Stayed at Bellagio Aug 27-29 and saw 2 jackpots on $5.oo machines and I thought of you. Hope perhaps they were yours. Love their rooms!
