We didn't gamble in KC, just there and saw Terribles on the way. We stayed at Diamond Jo on our way back and had a ball. It's not too big or small and they have a nice selection. It's also newer and very clean. Their is a hotel connected to the casino so we were able to drink without concerns of driving. We also ate at their steakhouse, it was a little pricey but VERY good food. Thanks for the reply, if I head that way again, maybe we'll hit Teriibles!
Have not been to Marquette yet. We want to. We were in Quad City area in Feb. and had luck only at Jumers. Went there because of GG's recommendation. We've been to Northfield a few times and had luck a couple times but not recently.Last time there a local told us they had been fined 4 times for not paying percent posted. We seem to have better luck at Wild Rose in Emmetsburg. Terribles seems to be best on Friday nights. Don't think I've been there on A Saturday and had any luck. I've never had any luck on dollar machines at Terribles. I know you didn't ask but Prairie Meadows (which is local for us) AFAIC is a dump. Horrible ventilation and rarely hit there so we hardly ever go there. Can you advise which Casino in KC?
