Hi Solomon:

I personally find this to be a terrible game. I played a 2 cent machine ... which means to cover all 40 lines, you are playing 80 cents ... in order to qualify for the "SUPER SPIN BONUS", you need another 40 credits, which now brings the total bet to $1.60 per spin.

It's not easy to win ... and a $20 bill pretty much evaporates in the face of "Wheel of Fortune: Super Spin". Of course, people love the "Wheel of Fortune" games ... and people love the IDIA of 2 cent machines. However, in reality, it kills the pocketbook.

From a technical standpoint, it's a cool enough idea (to share this big wheel). The question is: Will you get your money's worth. I think it is poor from this perspective.

I agree with Shamus, this game hits your wallet pretty hard. Although I have had my share of lucky super spins that landed on the 10000X slot, the bonus round is hard to come by. The only positive I see from this game is playing at a full carousel and everyone having fun and cheering on one another. Other than that, I rather put in an extra .40cents and play $1 Wheel of Fortune machine.

The giant wheel concept is good ... the fact two people can fit in comfortable chairs in a great idea.

Trust me ... I really want to play the game.

However, the bonus round does not pay. If you are playing a 1-cent machine, you have to pony up 40 extra cents per spin, for the priveledge of trying to win the top prize of $100.00. It just gets worse --- an extra 80 cents per spin for a chance to win $200.00. When you paying $1.60 a spin, a $20 bill is just not lasting long.

The game itself is just a coin guzzler. If you are forking over the loot for the bonus reel, the game itself should pay back medium amounts with more frequency. IGT needs to get better test groups to understand whether they are making a fun game. Fact is, IGT is losing floor space as Aristocrat and WMS gaming gobble it up. IGT needs to stop "killing" their successful franchises, by putting out thoughtless sequels like "Texas Tina", "Super Sally's Shrimpmania" --- and how about exploiting successful games such as The Munsters (if not a sequal, the same game mechanics)?

all those multi line machines are a losing bet because you are betting against yourself. if you are playing twenty lines you are not going to win on every line. Also, take a nickel twenty line, 20 max machine. if you hit max bet your betting $20. but only $1 on the line. Your better off playing a single line $5 or $10 dollar machine. However, those multi line machines are fun if you get into the bonus round. I usually only play for a few pulls, hope for a big hit then move on

If what you are suggesting is true, you should be able to play a multi-line slot with only a single line ... and have a better payback percentage than if you play the multiple lines. What you are failing to take into account is the multiple win scenerio -- if you get some "wild" symbols, they will have the effect of benefitting multiple lines. Think of a game like "Enchanted Unicorn". On a 20-line machine, any 3 symbols on the 1st reel, along with the "unicorn" symbol on reel 2 and 3 --- will result in at least 3-of-a-kind on 20 reels (except for scatter symbols, and bonus round symbol).

The reason multiline slots are so popular is that it compresses a lot of action into single spins. For example, a 20-line machine, is the equivalent of 20 1-line spins. That's a powerful idea. No much wonder the single line slot is going the way of the "Doe Doe Bird".

Now I know where all the money I spent on this game (winning peanuts) went. If you talk to this person, let her know, I hope she enjoys my portion of the contribution.
