Default Who Like Progressive Slots ... and why?

Hi Folks:

I am a big slot machine fan ... but usually steer clear of Progressives. Why? Well, I find the games are not usually as fun, because the certain portion of the bets need to go toward building the "difficult to win" progressive.

I did like the PENNY SLOT progressive for Beverley Hillbillies -- because there were still lots of chances to get the BONUS ROUND. However, I find most of the other machines are just a bore -- for example, MEGA-MILLIONS or QUARTER MILLIONS.

I can understand people like the idea of a machine win which could change their lives ... but let's be honest. Almost all of these machines require a maximum bet in order to qualify for the big prize --- and that gets expensive fast -- especially on a dollar machine.

As long as people keep playing, I know they will keep making these --- but I just don't see the attraction.
