So I moved up to pearl from sapphire this last trip, (just barely) I am wondering what the difference in offers will be..today I got an email offer for two tickets to a fight, but that is nothing I would use anyway.

I am wondering if the room offers will change that much. I could usually get rooms Sun -thurs comped already and Sat - Sun at a good rate with a minimal amount of free play.

It will depend on how much you were betting per hand and how long you were playing and the type of machine you were playing. Obviously, the more you bet, the longer you play at a slot machine you can expect pretty decent offer. But if you were betting $0.20 a roll and jumping around I don't think the offer will change much.
