I had my first hand pay last weekend and I love how the hand pay attendants are all nice to you and making conversation and everything when you hit, but from what my grand mother tells me, it's because they want a tip. Nothing wrong with them wanting a tip, but do they really deserve one?? I watched a lady win 3,330 bucks on little rich devil girl(or something like that) and tipped the attendant 50 bucks. Very kind and generous of her to do that. When I hit for 1,500 later on I just couldn't do it. I'm really not a mean person or anything, but for some reason I just don't think they are really providing a service to me. I mean it's my money right?? They have to give it to me whether they hand pay it or make me recover it at a cashiers cage. Maybe because I'm not a table gamer is the reason why i guess I don't get the whole "Tip the dealer" thing and all.
We tip cocktail waitresses a dollar per drink because they walk around in high heels all day carrying a heavy tray. They deserve it, but I really can't say why we would have to tip hand pay attendants. My question is did I break a Slot gamers code of conduct?
