Whatever happened to WPT progressive slots

I`m new to this forum and this is my 1st post. Does anybody know what happened to the WPT (World Poker Tour ) Progressive Slot machine that had Doyle Brunson
as one of the images on the machine? They took them out of AC. The one slot VP said that they were not being played enough. I think he`s nuts because I`ve seen people played them a lot.

I remember seeing those machines a year or more ago, can't say they were very popular, don't recall seeing folks playing those machines. I can't even remember if I played it, and I love playing poker themed machines.
