deb1846...thank you for telling us about your experience! You have confirmed what I have thought, that miracles are performed by skilled Doctors and faces are made whole again. Yesterday's surgery was putting him on the ventilator and getting the tubes out of his mouth and nose and installing a feeding tube to his stomach.

I should have added that my eyesight was also 100% afterwards. Trust me he is going to be every shade of black, blue, green, and purple for a month but once the swelling finally goes down he will look like a million bucks!

I would like to thank you all on tibbar's behalf, for your kindness and generosity. It isn't often that we are able to find a place like this on the web, one that feels like family and home, and with such a willingness to lend a hand, a ear, a shoulder and our support.

I couldn't have said it better myself. You literally took the words right out of my mouth. Thanks for writing exactly what I am feeling.

I forgot to lable the picture. The Blond is 8 year old Ethan, Corbin is 5 and a Brunette.

Newest update from my daughter Barbara....

Corbin has been out of surgery for a few hours. He is doing well. They fixed the mouth portion of his face and will fix the bones around his eyes at another time. They will have to rebuild one eye socket using bone from his hip. Don't know when they plan to do that. Ethan is still having his wounds looked after and it's not fun for him. We still have a long road with Corbin

    Thanks for the update Tibbar.
Wish there was a Three's Company slot machine.
