Default Do you know where to get a cheap breakfast in Las Vegas?

We are going to Vegas next week and I was wondering if anyone knows where we can get a cheap breakfast on the Las Vegas Strip. We are staying at Ballys so I am hoping we can find something close by. My husband is a traditional bacon and eggs type of guy. He doesn't like places that just sell breakfast sandwiches or breakfast burritos. We usually like to have breakfast around 10:00 a.m. We are travelling with my two adult children so meals can get quite expensive....especially since we will be there for six nights. We don't like buffets that early in the morning. Some places charge around $15.00 per person for breakfast. I can't imagine spending around $360 just on breakfast for 6 mornings.

Any recommendations on where we can get an inexpensive breakfast?

Ellis Island Casino Two eggs, potatoes, toast, $3.99, the one with bacon or sausage is $5.29, bunch of other plates starting at $3.99.

Off-the-menu steak special, $7.99 includes salad, potato, beer or root beer (gigantic!), veggies.

Behind Paris, so close to you.

There are several Forum members that live in Vegas. I'm sure they will be happy to bust open some eggs and whip up some pancakes and peel some taters for ya.

We usually go to the miracle mile mall. They have a wide variety of of food, shops and attractions all day.
We usually do a breakfast/lunch/ brunch thing. People jog in the mall in the morning.

It's a great location right on the strip connected to Planet Hollywood.
Also there is this fantastic restaurant at the Imperial Palace called the HASH HOUSE.
This is a MUST DO RESTAURANT.
You can read about it on the Imperial Palace website.
The food is fantastic. Breakfasts are big and the prices are reasonable.
If you go to www.restaurant.com you can score a $25.00 gift certificate for a few dollars.

If you get seriously short on cash you can eat at Macdonalds on the strip. You see all sorts coming into that place first thing in the morning, from drunk looking bunny girls to gamblers asleep in their breakfast. It's a must, but just once

I agree with Ellis Island. Since you are staying at Ballys, this is your best best by a long shot. Walkable. Coupons readily available in both ACG. And LVA books. The ham. Steaks are huge.

Ellis Island is the best place for good cheap eats. We usually walk there from Paris. The food is great and you get a free beer/root beer with the special.

Oh, if you like barbecue and have no kids, go to Ellis Island for their barbecue. It is amazing. They have great pizza too.

Ellis Island also has an off-menu special for breakfast. Steak and eggs was I think 4.99? You have to ask for it.
