I'm back in case you noticed I was gone. :)
I've been absent online other then some email for about a month now and happy to finally have some time to return to one of my favorite boards.
We just finished moving from one house to another and everything that could go wrong, did. You wouldn't think that moving to the next city over which is only 7 miles away would be so much trouble but it was. During packing up for the move and literally donating 12 full SUV loads of items to charity (not counting the furniture and other large items we gave away to people) it hit home on how much unnecessary items we manage to accumulate and I hope not to continue to do that in the future.
My apologies to those at the April Meet that I never posted a trip report or any of my photos. I will eventually write one up using my twitter notes, memory and nudges from photos but it's going to be another week or so as I'm still busy unpacking and getting organized. I also have a video of the April Meet speech if people still want to view that. However, I still need to schedule a trip to the Apple store to learn how to edit out the last part of it since a handle is mentioned and it flashes to someone who didn't want to be identified generally on the internet (understandably)
I have lots to catch up on around here but doubt I can make a dent in more then a months worth of messages so with the exception of some of the Meet trip reports I missed, I'll likely just start reading the current messages.
Due to the move we skipped our May Trip to Vegas for Vegas Uncork'd, though we have a short 3 day trip scheduled around June 17th if we are able to get away at that time. I do have a trip set in stone for my birthday month of July.
Anyway, missed the board a lot and hope all of you are doing great!
