Default Ooops, I'm losing all my points(don't you hate that)

$60 in points at Turning Stone go bye bye tomorrow if not already. The last time I was there was May 6, 2011 and I tried getting a definitive answer from them on FB with 2 messages, but never returned. They did answer a post I had telling me points expire 12 months after, but never clarified my question as to whether it would be exactly 12 months or at the end of this May. Since, I was not sure, I didn't go and got a little phone phobia so I didn't call. I am not super mad, just mad at myself more than anything.
I do understand 12 months is a long time these days and many clubs have shortened this from 12 months to 6 or 3 for expiration and the latters being quite anti-customer service. Well, might as well light up this twenty too. For all I know, I might have used some to eat and had only forty, idk. My second PM on FB asked them to extend the expiration, so you never know.

Customer service at many of the casinos is wonderful these days- NOT My Borgata account lists some comps as expired 5/11 but still lists them. I don't know if they would be there until the end of the month?? No reply yet. Or are they listed to just bug me.

    Good luck in your endevor.

Yeah, we need agents because someone else is getting our money. We should be getting Ted Danson money.
I didn't see what good calling would be anyways, because if they told me I still had them then drove up there, I would have no leg to stand on if they lied to me anyways.

Never be afraid to ask anything. Also get the name of a person so that if you were do have a problem with anything you at least have someone to make accountable. Phone phobia? That is interesting!

I spent all of mine when I left for the military. I wasn't sure when I would be back.

I got lucky and got a response to my messages on Facebook today from TS:

The balance on your card, both cash and karats, will not expire for more than a year.
