We use Southwest airlines rapid rewards credit card. I'm due 6100 points this month according to my statement from Chase for May. It's been a week since my closing statement date and the points still don't show up in my account. The points always show up the very next day and I've been doing this for years.
I called SWA and they told me to call Chase. I called Chase and they talked to a SWA rep and were told sometimes it takes 7-10 days (never has yet). Chase did their part, it's a SWA problem. Just wondering if anyone else is having this problem or is it just me?
