Yeah that's the way I am looking at it. It was a lower paying job, had it been more I would have brought it to the Better Business B. But I am not going go all crazy over it. Besides, it would be a he said she said situation.

Ashwin you wouldn't want to work with all those clucking hens anyway. Too much estrogen & not enough testosterone in the work place is not good for the man in the work place.LOL
I worked at a Shopko Store in my younger days & I had to do all the physical things the women could not. BTW I used to unload semi trucks in the shipping dept. also & I remember unloading UP Special Delivery.

Actully that is illeagal not to hire you because of sex. Its against the EEOA. Unless the job is gender based you must get a fair shot at a job. You are probably better off but still the company cannot say or do that to you.

Quick update again. After the crappy interview I actually got a call this morning to schedule a drug test. However, I took all of the facts of the situation and decided this place would probably not be the best place for me. I also have applied at a few retail stores which would pay me the same amount and I have extensive experience in it.
