Another Nice Addition to Coushatta...A New Outdoor Water Attraction!!

As many of you know, Coushatta added another hotel that opened within the past month--the 7 Clans Hotel. That should help those of us who want rooms "on property" a lot because it brings several hundred more rooms into play. I hear the place is very nice and I hope to stay there within the next two months (9/8 is the target date at this point...).

I got my monthly mailer from Coushatta today. They were generous in the free play and also they offered a "better" comped room selection for my play. I am sure that is based on their upgraded offerings, not on any extra play at this point...

Anyway, the most exciting news is that they are adding what looks like a pool and lazy river to their mix. They currently have an outdoor pool for the RV park (my chalets!!) and an indoor one at the Grand Hotel. This should be a great addition to Coushatta because it is always good to have a pool to relax at and get some sun time in while taking a few minutes away from the slots and tables!!

I'm looking forward to the opening!!

Hey Ron, yes, it will be large pool with a swim up bar and lazy river. There will also be a few water slides and a special kids area with various water toys. It should be open in late August.

This is great because one of the things we like most about the chalets was the pool over that way. It is a nice way to pass an hour or two between gambling sessions. Having this serving the main hotel area will be very nice!!

I'm staying in the new hotel Friday, will include room pictures in my TR....looking forward to watching the opening Olympic Ceremonies and playing PINBALL!

Good luck, Cassie! I'm anxious to see pictures of the new hotel and the coffee bar. Coushatta is continually improving its property in many ways. Hope Pinball is good to you!

Cassie, I hope you have a lot of luck. We played the pinball some the last time we were there and didn't have any luck..Let us all know about the new hotel.. HAVE FUN!!!!!!
