My mom got comped rooms at The Mandalay Bay, which is an M-Life property. She called and asked and they told her that since her room was comped, the resort fees would also be waived. Not sure if that is the case for all of the properties, but that was the case for her. Hope that helps!

Stayed at NY-NY with 3 night compped in May. Was charged resorts fees. Be sure to check with your host before you checkout, if your play warrents it they will will comp the fees as well.
