There's a button on top of lobby that says EARN CREDITS and from there it takes you to the surveys (which pays low) and various applications for credit cards, netflix (which I already have), or insurance (slightly higher credits). I was looking for the hourly bonus...I guess you can only earn extra credits (without filling out surveys) with the "HIGH 5 SLOT" machine?

that must be something new. I was invited a few weeks back to be a tester and I never had to fill out anything to earn credits. my credits are added every 3 and a half hours based on my previous level of play. I never filled out any survey or questionnaire, ,just had to join Facebook again.
They have yet to ask me for any feedback on how I like their games, maybe that is coming up in the near future. Anyway they are fun and the graphics and sound are great.

It looks like it's same for me. I looked again and saw that it said to come back in 4 hours for additional spins and credits. I blew all my initial credits earlier but managed to unlock one game (Port Royale) in the free spins.
