I had the opportunity to try both of these games at Seminole Hollywood. It seems as though Aristocrat is trying to copy WMS's graphics style and IGT's stacked wilds. Neither game paid for me.

I agree, didn't feel quite like the Aristocrat games that I'm used to when I played them.
I will say that they are very volatile still like many of the Aristocrat games can be. If you don't get a bonus, you can't really win anything on them. I was lucky to have a huge bonus win on More Chilli the first time I played it. All the other times I played they can be very frustrating with very small base game hits.

I enjoyed playing both these games. I find the grapics to be lacking, but that's not why I play slots. The improved cabinet/monitors make up for the "cartoon" like graphics. Your not going to win much in the base take but the bonus triggers often. It would be rare to not get one or two bonuses on your first $20 with min bet. As with most slot games the bonus more often than not ends in disappointment. I like the bonus for several reasons.

1. You can activate 4 screens for more payouts.
2. 15 free games
3. The suspense of getting hearts/chillis and the STEPS to activate more wilds

Im sorry this game didn't pay for you. Its like Wicked Winnings, that game hasn't paid me more than a $100 yet I've surely dumped thousands into it. One day that wicked lady is gonna pay me! Good luck to you

I've seen a lot of these videos on YouTube, and even with the decent wins, this game doesn't excite me. Plus, what the heck is with that weird-looking purple alien thing after the bonus showing you your total credits won?
