Thank you so much for the REAL story as to what is happening. I truly believe its over for this publication. Who will ADD money to an existing subscription? Worse yet, how will they refund all those who have paid in advnace. I cannot even get onto their website so even if I wanted to renew or subscribe on line to the magazine, I cant. My predication is that they will merge (or incorporate) Strictly Slots into Casino Player which is better than nothing.

Casino Player magazine was not any better at timeliness of getting the issues. That's the reason I canceled my subscription last May. As of today, I'm still waiting for my refund which they said they would send. I send them an email every two months to inquire about it and they finally stopped answering me. I actually received a new issue of this magazine in the mail on Tuesday. I'm not too sure which month's edition it is, it's at my girlfriend's right now, I"ll have to check on that.

It very well might be November. If I recall it had a yellow cover and an article about the payback percentages of the different varieties of video poker. I'm going up to my girlfriend's later on so I'll post back about it soon. Then it's The Borgata on Sunday for the evening.

I got my November 2009 yesterday. I enjoy reading it, when it comes. Not likely to subscribe again.

The one we received this week was indeed the November edition.

Thanks for confirming. I still haven't received mine. I NEVER receive mine through the normal publication circulation. I ALWAYS and I mean always have to call and they send it in an envelope. How weird is that? This has been for 2 yrs and counting. Sounds like I need to make another phone call!

Nice to hear some people have received their latest issue. Still waiting for mine, as much as I love the magazine I think when my subscription runs out I'm done.
