I think we are all done! The navigation link for the website to subscribe to Strictly Slots is out of service, the latest Strictly Slots issue is October 2009, the website has NOT been updated in almost two months, and there is no communication or status posted as to Casino Player or its Strictly Slots companion.

The fact that I've been getting two e-mails a week, all December and January, asking me to subscribe for a full year or Strictly Slots tells me they trying to grab a little cash and run. Sounds like a mess of fraud to me.

Finally just got my NOVEMBER issue...LOL! I had to call because it did not come and as usual it didn't come through normal circulation, they had to send it in a separate envelope. I have no idea and they claim they don't either why I cannot get it the "normal" way. This has been going on for 2 yrs. Bizarre

Well Deb, I'm glad some people are receiving there issues. Still haven't got my November issue and have pretty much given up on it. What a shame to trust a business and then end up getting ripped off in the process.

They are printed and now that we know Novembers is actually out, they should send you one like they did me. IF you paid for your subscription then you are entitled to your copy. They do run a horrible business but I would miss their magazine if I didn't get it that is for sure. If I said I wouldn't I would be lying!

Some of us are getting ripped off! I cancelled my subscription to Casino Player last May for the same reasons - not getting the magazines. Last May, I received an email from their Customer Service that I would get a refund and I still haven't received it. I have emailed them a few times since and don't get any response now. Very poor customer service if you ask me.

Just checked out the Strictly Slots website and it is updated showing the January 2010 issue, lead article is 53 Hot Slots for 2010.

I'm also still waiting for my November issue, I was a new subscriber in early November and have not yet received any issues. Hopefully soon.....

Strictly Slots and Casino Player magazine are still in business. We moved our office in December to a much nicer area, and experienced some mailing problems with our new printer, however, we are back on track with February 2010 issues and yes, we are still publishing both magazines every month.

Just in case you didn't know, February and March issues of Casino Player are our Best of Gaming ballot issues, so if anyone wants to vote, make sure you get a hold of the ballot in one of these issues. I hope this answers your questions.

We are also premiering our digital version of both magazines this month. Subscribers will receive it for free for the 1st 6 months.

Does anyone know what happened to this Casino Player's sister magazine as I cannot find anything???

Our website has been updated and according to our customer service department, there have been no complaints concerning subscribing to either publication on our website. I am sorry you have not received your Nov, Dec and January issues of Strictly Slots. If you call our customer service line, I'm sure they will be able to help you obtain your back issues.

Best regards,

Hi Laurie -- while we have your ear ... there are a number of people on this site who would be interested in subscribing to Strictly Slots, but may be concerned with the magazine's future. Is there anything you can tell us about your organization to re-assure potential subscribers? Nobody wants to pay for a subscription and see the magazine vanish.

Out of curiously -- the slot industry have never been bigger -- why is it so difficult to get critical masses to buy a slot magazine? Why can't we buy it on the newstand of our favorite casinos?
