Default Interesting difference in players card levels

I was checking out Hollywood casinos player tiers based on points compared to my local NA casino. I choose Hollywood because my friend gambles there. to be a top card holder there you need 25,000 points, at my local NA its 48,000 points for top level player. Its one point for every 4 dollars played in a slot at Hollywood, they don't tell you this on the webpage of my local NA, but I have seen that lots of NA casinos reguire 1 point for every 5 dollars played in a slot, I dont expect that my Na casino would be any less then that. wow what a difference.

My NA casino is $2 per point. The top tier requires 80,000 points every 6 months. The mid tier is 40,000 per six months. IMO the benefits really aren't too great, either. I guess they could be if I took advantage of some of them, but the only one I really use is free valet. A meal once in awhile, but not too often for that.

Honestly the best comps/rewards are at Nevada casinos. I wish the NA casinos would be a little better with their comps but again if you ask you usually receive!

I get comped pretty well in Tunica, too. Free rooms, meals. I get a suite more often than not. I could get comped to the steakhouses usually but I generally choose not to. Could have concert tickets if I want them. I've been offered limo service to and from the airport when I've flown, but I prefer to have a car anyway. It's not like Vegas there, if you want to get around to all the places, you need a car. I'm really not too high maintenance in the casino. Give me a room and feed me and I'm happy.

The casino I go to most doesn't have tiers separated really, every one has the same card. Obviously the higher the player the higher your comps/freebies are but you can't tell just by seeing a card, which sucks. I would like to know what tier level I am actually on.

I have but they just don't have a tier level system so they can't say which level I'm on or would be on. All they tell me is how much my comp dollars are worth. The highest amount of free play at my casino is $35 twice a month, I get $30 twice a month. So I guess I could use that to say I am on the "2nd highest level".

harrah's(het) properties are 100k tier points for 7 star at $5 per point on slots 10 on vp. so 500k dollars playthrough required on slots. trump signature is 80k tier at the same rate. those are my primary properties...

Cliff Castle and Fort McDowell are 1 dollar = 1 point. But I've figured out it doesn't matter what casino or what the points system is. The key is what accumulation equals to a reward. For most NA casinos, they are relatively the same with the biggest exception being Casino Arizona as it has little to nothing in rewards...except for maybe their version of 'high roller'. Oddly, in AZ the Gila River Casinos appear to have different rewards systems for each of the 3 casinos. We actually get more free play from Vee Quiva and, although we like it best of the 3, we don't get out there that often.

We went to Ft. McDowell yesterday and asked at the club if they have a newsletter as we have never seen one. She looked at DH's card and said 'you did 2500 pts last month' and should be receiving stuff. She said it would be in the range of $300 a month in free play! We were told if we are now coming out regularly, we should talk to the club manager next week and ask her about getting some comps and that we would start receiving stuff in the mail.
