Hey thats how it works, when you play a slot and have no idea of whats going on you always do better than when you Think you do.

We used to have a friendly little family pool and my hubby's Grandmother won the whole thing one year. When she passed and we were going through her things we found the pool sheet in her cedar chest with all her other cherished things. We got a good laugh out of that!

That's why I like to play new stuff when we go places. I seem to do really well on them. I mean, I always check the pay table to find out what the wild is and what the bonus symbol is, but other than that, i just wing it, and it usually turns out kinda good. If I go back to the same machine the next time and I win again, it becomes a favorite. If not, I'm not likely to play it again.

...that's so sweet! I'm so sentimental about those things. Thanks for sharing it.. That story made it especially nice to post the thread.

I don't bet on sports. Great game last night, though. I was slightly in favor of the Colts, but watched the game with a bunch of very excited Saints fans. Me, I'm waiting for the Bears to make it back to the Super Bowl (and it looks like it's gonna be a LONG wait).

My SIL would've won $200 in a pool at work if the Colts had scored a touchdown at the end of the 4th quarter and the final score had been 31-24. My in-laws must just have bad luck, because last year my MIL would've won some money (I think $100) if the Steelers hadn't gotten that interception return for a touchdown as time expired at the end of the second quarter. Talk about gut-wrenching...
