Hmm.. DH and I were thinking of stopping at Turning Stone on our way through NY tomorrow. Maybe we'll reconsider! Batavia Downs sounds pretty cool. I have only been to one Racino before (Sun Land on the TX/NM border) and it SUCKED. So I was kind of shying away from them. Maybe I should re-think that! Thanks, Kyle!

I've spent many a night (and many a buck) at the Batavia Downs... not very fancy at all, but you might get lucky there. Finger Lakes is much nicer, but as Kyle says, can be a money pit. Good wins at Batavia, Kyle! And good luck when you go there, ChellesBelles! For me, I'd rather go the extra miles and head to Seneca Niagara or cross the border to Casino Niagara/Fallsview now.

Stop at Vernon Downs in Vernon, NY... It's only minutes away from Turning Stone... It's a really nice Racino with a lot of fun games that you would find at Senaca Niagara... Turning Stone is a NA casino with terrible payback... I know since I live 9 miles from there...
