Anyone feel they are winning less at the casino since the new lower denomination machines became popular? My $20 bills are getting chewed up in these cool graphics machines at a record pace. The number of medium and large wins are dropping off during the same time.

i love those multi line machines but the problem is if you dont hit something big or get into a bonus round you are playing against yourself and you are dividing your wager on too many lines. A lot of times you betting 20, 30 40 credits and only winning 5, 10, 20 credits so you think your winning but really losing you definately get bigger hits on single line machines but the multi line are definately more fun

To hit big on a low denomination video slot, you have to bet big - full credits. But, yea... I have the same observation about my play now since they came out. It seems the money goes much faster now, so i've gone back to blackjack.

I used to hit jackpots from time to time, but my last jackpot (top payout) was in 2002... but it was huge, so that OK by me! Just shy of $175,000!!

A jackpot of $175,000 is absolutely huge. For mere mortals, the word "BIG" is a relative term. A $50 win on a 1-cent bet, is a huge return (5000-to-1).

The low denomination machines can hit big --- because they are extremely volitile. When you win good on one line, you often will well on many other lines. It compounds the winning in a lot of cases. The same wild symbols are shared.

When you get down to it --- many of the multi-line machines still have the same top payout (10000-to-1) that many of the 9 line machines had. Now, you are betting a smaller amount, but have the potential to win on many more lines.

We have not made in huge wins but we have heard of a few. We did see a gal this past Saturday night who won 2,500 on a Lucky Ducky machine. We also saw a woman who won 40,000 on two machines she was playing. We saw everyone surrounding her. It was the first time we ever saw anything like that. The gal who won 2,500 we got to congratulate.

I am not a big spender. I was happy to win 80 bucks one of the new machines from WMS. I won 190 on Bally Blazing 7's. I also won 50 on a Extreme slot. I have won on the Indiana Jones slot.

I will agree about the video slots. I played a Great Eagle recently and swooped down and got all my money in about 10 minutes. It was a WMS 100 line. At max bet I was like a bunny being eaten for lunch!!

A couple of weeks ago I hit the progressive jackpot on the 25 cent spin to win machines. I won 14,790.56. Wooohooo!! Those are the only machines I play. Finally paid off!

Today $800.25 on Zeus! (30 lines, 3 credits) And $427.00 on a dragon machine I like - I think it's called "10 Dragons" - but I'm not sure - I just know what it looks like and where it is.

Wish I had walked out with it all - oh, well, came out of there ahead, anyway!

On the Key Bonus I got 11 wilds on the Palace of Riches II a week ago. I can't really brag about it because I didn't get any Princes with it and I was only betting 60 cents, all 30 lines x2 and I ended up with over $160.00 on the bonus. It was the end of a great half of a night, the second half went sour on me and I ended up walking out with nil. It will be my last gambling trip for the year, possibly longer as my work hours have reduced right now with no chance for business to pick up until late Jan. Anyway, back to the casino trip, I played some new machines I had never tried. Thai Treasures and Treasure Diver, which are essentially the same machine other than different symbols. I brought $100 with me and started out on $20 playing 30lines x1 sometimes x2, which I built up to $80 after bouncing around these machines. The bonus has great potential for big wins, and the top symbol for 5 of a kind pays 20000! I would love to hit it. Anyway, I turned around trying to get on the Zeus machines the other side, but they weren't open so I sat at a Palace of Riches II when I hit the 11 wilds...I just remember wishing I was betting more each line because if it had been x10 I'm sure it would've been well over $500.
