Default Small Recent Jackpot

I was driving through Oklahoma, near the Texas border, last week and stopped off at a Cherokee Casino to use the bathroom and have a look around....I had a $10 bill in my pocket so I decided to play a little. I stuck the $10 into a 3 reel quarter machine with bingo patterns that could win additional free spins...I was only betting 1 credit ($0.25) at a time...when I got down to about $3, I hit a bingo pattern and started free spinning...I hit something like Prize Doubler, Triple Bar, Prize Doubler, and it ran up to $120.

Afterwards, I played dollar slots and managed to lose it all in about 20 minutes. Whoops!

Congrats. Although the money didn't last long, I'm certain that it felt great while it did. Which casino was it? I ask because I live near the Texas/Oklahoma border myself.

It was the Cherokee Casino (I believe) not but 5-10 minutes from the Texas/Oklahoma border, coming down on 75S.

That would be the Choctaw Casino in Durant, Oklahoma. They've really started to grow since the state allowed them to put in regular casino games.

The Blazing 7’s, Mr. Money Bags, and Double Diamonds are particularly nice, and you can play anything from nickel machines to $25 machines.

That's the one.....yeah the casino looked mucher nicer than it had last time I stopped in and I saw the addition of casino games everywhere. I was tempted to play some poker in their new poker room but really didn't have the time.

Mr. Money Bags owes me a million dollars, I've decided. It always kills me.

Hah! Good luck collecting on that debt.

Yeah, that casino has really started growing up in the last few years. They have concerts with big-name performers and everything. I'm just hoping that they'll bring in sports like boxing in the future.

I wonder if they empty machines like that regularly so the payoffs won't be so great. I would love to read a book of Vegas insider secrets like the care and feeding of slot machines.
Is there such a book?

I am the same way, I never know when to cash out. I play more blackjack then I do slots, but either way I always tell myself just one more game, or just one more pull. Anyways, congratulations on the win. It is a huge high when that happens. I went to a small indian casino in Colorado many years ago. It was very small and a cool atmosphere.
