Matt Eilenberger, a 35-year-old roofer, won a record $902,505 on PartyCasino's online slot machine called Super Fortune Wheel. He won the jackpot with a $9 stake.
Matt says he's going to sell his house and get a bigger one, and he's already bought a Dodge Viper and a Mini-Cooper.

That could have been me.
The biggest jackpot I've ever won was $4,500 on a Red, White and Blue machine. I've been a patriot ever since. |

Well they should certainly get a lot of traffic out of that win. Did he quit his job? Congratulations to the future Mrs. Matt Eilenberger!! |

What a nice windfall for that family. I only wonder though how many times he has played that same machine and lost.
Was this a first time winner or someone who plays often. Usually if it is someone who plays often they don't realize with all the losing spinning they do that they probably have played through that amount already. Not out of their own pocket but by replaying the winning spins.

Nice windfall, yes - but it sounds like he's blowing it if you ask me. I can see a new house and one car. But 2? If it was me I'd do the house, get the one car and invest the rest so I didn't have to work for as long as I could possibly get the winnings to stretch.

How much does a Mini-Cooper even go for? I know the Viper's are expensive as heck.
As long as he doesn't buy anymore expensive cars, he should be good for a while. Of course, no telling what kind of chunk the IRS will take out of him.
