I was playing at the Majestic Star Casino in Indiana. I was playing a really old nickel slot. I am not sure what the machine was called but it had 3 rows across and 3 rows down for a total of 8 paylines. When bells showed up in the 4 inside positions it would trigger a bonus round.These bonus rounds would pay a lot and had a race car theme. I was playing 32 coins a pull ($1.60) as the machine had been paying pretty good when suddenly I got bells on every line, all 9 positions. I didn't realize how much I had won until they started counting out my payoff. I won over $5,000!
My second best payoff was at the AckChin Casino just south of Phoenix. I got a Royal Flush and won the progresive video poker for $1,600 and while I was waiting for the attendant to return with my payoff I hit another Royal on the same machine for another $1,000. This was about 5 minutes after the first one.
